Duties:
1. Responsible for the overall planing and operation of the company’s sales system, along with the making and implementation of market strategy;
2. Sales plan and marketing strategy maker;
3. Responsible for the organization and management of the sales team as well as the setting and achieving of sales objectives;
4. Assign sales targets according to the company’s sales plan and ensure the target fulfillment of the sales and marketing development;
5. Report your sales on a regular basis.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, with 5-10 years of software sales experience. Sales experience with virtual platforms or VDI is a plus;
2. Excellent leadership and team management, excel at coordination and communication skills as well as overall control over situations.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, stress tolerance and willingness to confront with new challenges.
4. Keen awareness and grasp of the market tendency, able to offer original views in analyzing and judging various market information.
5. Excellent market planning and development ability;
6. Diligent and decent, with good work ethics.
